Licensed Social Worker
“The wings of transformation are born of patience and struggle”-Janet S. Dickens.
I believe in time; everyone can transform their life into one that is filled with meaning and purpose. When faced with unfavorable or traumatic life experiences, these events change our perception of self, the world and challenges our growth. I seek to empower my clients to recognize their strengths and utilize their naturally acquired resilience to change the narrative governing their lives to facilitate transformation.
I am a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania. I earned my undergraduate and graduate degree in Social Work at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. In my professional experience, I have worked with individuals and families in hospital, college, home, and community settings.
The areas that I specialize in are parenting, grief and loss, anxiety, adolescences, and chronic health conditions, including HIV/AIDS. I also enjoy helping my clients improve their self-esteem and work through relationship conflicts involving codependency and communication. Using evidence-based treatment interventions and empowerment, I am committed to helping you blossom.
