I was born and raised here in the Lehigh Valley. I graduated from Cedar Crest College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. I then went on to get my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University. I have been working in Mental Health field for over 20 years. In that time, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in individual therapy. I have worked in many settings including schools, colleges, as an adjunct faculty member, prison, and the community providing education and therapy. My preferred method of treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy although I have practiced Mindfulness, and Reality Based therapy. I also specialize in treating clients who struggle with drug and alcohol issues, anxiety, depression, parenting skills, conflict management, and anger management. I am a member of the National Association of Social Work and a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania currently working toward earning a Clinical License in Pa.
I truly believe that everyone is resilient and capable of change. Change is not always easy, change is not always gentle at first although change is an opportunity for self-exploration and growth.
